This dive site located at the Northeast coast of Graciosa Island, one mile from shore, and is a cone that has its base at 96m deep and the peak at just 6m deep, with a platform around the 20m, where the dive should be done. Sometimes the current is strong and so divers must be aware of that fact. Due to the depth and current conditions, this dive should be done only by experienced divers. While morays and conger eels hide in the crevices, groupers, parrot fish, breams, ornate wrasses and damselfish can be seen swimming over the rocks. A little deeper, comb groupers, dusky groupers, and barred hogfish are present, as well as black coral and schools of anthias which grant color to the dive. The final part of the dive should be done at 10-15m in order to observe the pelagic life that passes in the blue, such as Atlantic bonito, blue fish, almaco jacks, white trevallys, and huge schools of barracudas. In the summer, manta rays and even sun-fish can also be seen.
