This dive site is located at the Southeast coast of Terceira Island. The entrance of the dive is done in a natural pool between two big rocks with access to the sea. Although the dive starts in the sheltered area some current may be present when reaching the most exposed part. However, it is a site that will allow for an easy dive with a maximum depth of 16m. There is a cave with same galleries that cross the rock formation. The profile of the dive should be chosen according to the experience of the divers, either entering the cave or rounding the rock. In the beginning of the cave morays, fork beards, and nudibranchs can be seen. In the most interior part narval schrimps will be present. The exit of the cave is a big sand area where Thick lip grey mullet can be seen. Sometimes stingrays and octopus will be resting over the sand. The return to the natural pools will be done through the outsider where schools of different fish will be our companions.
