This dive site located also in the East coast of Flores Island is an islet. Usually this site has weak currents and is an easy dive that can be done very shallow. The descending is done near the islet. During the dive, one can observe the common species of Azorean waters such as breams, groupers, damselfish, rainbow wrasses, ornate wrasses, Guinean puffer fish, and scorpion fish. In the crevices, morays, fork-bears, and even dusky groupers can be seen. At mid-water, schools of mackerel, Bermuda sea chub, and derbios can be seen. Usually the safety stop is watched by schools of trigger fish.
